Your Day Still Comes First

Choosing Overnight does not replace the wedding, company gathering, reunion, birthday or other celebration you have already planned.

The complete seasonal Crimson Ridge experience still happens around your gathering during the day — Harvest Festival, live music, town traditions, games, food and everyday town life.

Any wedding, company or private-gathering choices and Special Arrangements remain exactly as you selected them.

Overnight simply adds another chapter once the day should have ended.

The Key to Town

After the evening begins to settle, the townspeople step away and Overnight guests receive the Key to Town for roughly an hour or two.

The Saloon, porches, Town Square, fire, public buildings and games remain yours to enjoy beneath the lanterns.

Sit around the fire. Finish the card game nobody was willing to concede. Wander through town. Have another drink. Stay up talking considerably later than planned.

A few working and staff-only areas remain off limits, but otherwise Crimson Ridge has been left in your hands.

One Last Story

Eventually, the townspeople return.

And sometimes the town is not quite the way they left it.

That is all we are telling you.

Every Overnight includes one final after-dark chapter meant to be discovered while you are there rather than explained ahead of time.

Late-Night Provisions

For groups still hungry long after supper, a Late-Night Provisions menu can be added.

Current Harvest ideas include mini funnel cakes, crisp stuffed potato cakes with seasonal savoury fillings, and a chilled lemon cream served in hollowed lemon halves for something cold and bright after a long evening or a light coffee mousse if you would like a little caffeine.

Final selections and pricing will appear with the completed Fall menu.

Sleeping in Town

Canvas Camping — Included

Crimson Ridge travels with canvas sleeping tents that can be arranged around Town Square, along the edge of town or tucked into a woodland layout where the property allows.

Guests bring the personal things they would normally bring camping — sleeping bags or blankets, pillows, sleepwear and overnight belongings.

We bring the tents and establish the camping area.

Extra Comfort When It Matters

A limited number of camp cots are kept available for guests who need a raised sleeping surface in order to comfortably stay — including older guests, pregnant guests and people with mobility or other physical considerations.

They are not a premium upgrade.

They are there because needing a little extra support should not automatically mean missing the night.

Cabins & Campgrounds

Where a host property or partner venue already has cabins, bunkhouses, serviced campsites or other accommodations, those can be used instead of or alongside the canvas camp.

Any venue- or partner-provided accommodation is priced separately through that property.

Morning in Crimson Ridge

Morning is slower.

The fire comes back to life. Coffee appears. Town begins waking around you.

Guests who select the Overnight Breakfast Pioneer Feast can gather for breakfast before the final morning winds down and Crimson Ridge begins preparing to move on.

Wedding couples still receive their separate Morning After experience as part of their wedding planning.

What Should You Bring?

We provide the town, tents and overnight experience.

Guests should plan to bring their usual personal camping items, including appropriate clothing, sleeping bags or blankets, pillows, toiletries, medications and anything else they personally need for a comfortable night outdoors.

We will share a proper seasonal packing guide before the gathering so nobody has to guess whether October in Ontario requires a sweater.

Spoiler: probably.

Overnight Comfort

The same guest-comfort planning continues after dark, including accessible buildings, supportive seating, heated areas where appropriate, blankets, seat warmers, cold-weather items, quieter lounge spaces and weather protection for Town Square.

Tell us ahead of time about mobility, sensory, medical, temperature or other needs and we will plan the overnight around the actual people coming.
