For the day, Crimson Ridge becomes the place where it happens.
Your guests arrive through the gates to a living frontier town already carrying on around them — something baking at Harper’s, music drifting through Town Square, games starting up, somebody getting hauled toward Boone’s jail and Mae making sure nobody has gone too long without something to eat.
There does not have to be a stage or a moment when everybody is told the “experience has begun.”
They simply arrive somewhere else.

Every private gathering begins with the complete seasonal Crimson Ridge experience.
Depending on how you want the day to feel, your guests can wander and explore at their own pace or get considerably more involved in whatever trouble the town has planned.
A gathering can include:
The complete Harvest Festival experience and seasonal traditions
The shops, Saloon, Post Office, Forge, Sheriff’s Office, Stargazer and Town Square
Approximately four hours of live music from the Crimson Ridge Trio, worked around the parts of your gathering where you would most enjoy it
Harper’s bakery, candy and Mercantile
Handcrafted sodas and seasonal drinks from the Velvet Boot
Town games, Bounty Hunter, challenges, contests and town-coin trouble
Crafts, making activities and keepsakes gathered throughout the day
The Harvest Pie Social, auctions and Town Square traditions
Fireside gatherings, music and dancing as evening settles over town
An easy four-wall line dance for any group brave enough to try it
Our screen and projector for a Memory Showing, family photographs, old videos or a surprise somebody has been quietly planning
Town Square seating arranged around the way your group wants to gather
A Little Something for the Occasion
If you are celebrating a birthday, reunion or another milestone, we can work the reason everybody came into the town without turning Crimson Ridge into a themed party room.
Mae can make a simple old-fashioned celebration cake for the gathering.
Names, milestones, family jokes, photographs and other personal details can find their way into town notices, Benny’s Gazette, challenges or little pieces tucked around Crimson Ridge.
And if there is something important about your group — a tradition everybody expects, somebody who should be honoured, a photograph that has to appear somewhere, or something wonderfully ridiculous your family has been doing for thirty years — tell us.
Those are usually the pieces we like best.
However Competitive You Feel
Not every gathering needs Town Wars.
Some groups want rocking chairs, pie and a fire.
Some want a few challenges and enough town coins to start arguing over who cheated.
And some families should probably be given property claims immediately and allowed to settle decades of unresolved disputes in the streets of Crimson Ridge.
The larger coordinated games — including Claim to Crimson Ridge, Eli’s Foreman Challenge, The Town List and A Matter of Town Honour — can also be added or worked into the day when they suit your crowd.
They are only the bigger pieces. The ordinary games, Bounty Hunter, seasonal competitions, parlour games, challenges and town activities are already happening throughout Crimson Ridge.
Make Yourself at Home
Bring your own photographer, favourite music, decorations, family traditions or other professionals if there are pieces you already know you want.
If you want more flowers, a particular table arrangement, a birthday surprise, photographs displayed around town or something we have never tried before, tell us.
We will work around what matters to your gathering rather than asking you to fit everybody into somebody else’s idea of a package.

The Crimson Ridge Stampede — In Development
There are days when Crimson Ridge is considerably louder.
The Crimson Ridge Stampede is being developed as a larger premium Crimson Ridge gathering built around horses, frontier competition, rival-town trouble and an entire town choosing sides.
We are developing the experience now while speaking with qualified professional equestrian partners about the horse, wagon and competition elements required to bring it to life properly.
The Stampede will receive its own dates, experience details and pricing once those arrangements are firmly established.
