Company Gatherings

Take the team somewhere considerably less ordinary.

Crimson Ridge gives company gatherings somewhere to happen that does not feel like a company gathering.

For the day, your team steps through the gates into a living frontier town already in motion — music drifting through Town Square, something baking at Harper’s, games starting, town coins changing hands and Sheriff Boone discovering that several otherwise respectable professionals should never have been given access to property claims.

The gathering can be relaxed, competitive or somewhere in between.

What it should never feel like is another day at work.

The Festival Is Still Happening

Every company gathering takes place inside the complete seasonal Crimson Ridge experience.

During Fall 2027, Harvest Festival continues around your gathering throughout the day — its traditions, food, games, townspeople, live music and everyday town life remain part of the experience regardless of how structured or competitive you make the event.

Your company gathering does not replace Harvest Festival.

It becomes part of it.

October gatherings may choose Frontier Fright, adding its after-dark traditions to the Harvest Festival already happening underneath it.

Your Team. Our Town.

Every company gathering begins with the full Crimson Ridge experience, including:

The complete travelling town and Town Square

Harvest Festival traditions and seasonal activities

Approximately four hours of live music from the Crimson Ridge Trio

Harper’s bakery, candy and Mercantile

Handcrafted sodas and seasonal drinks from the Velvet Boot

Town games, Bounty Hunter, challenges and town-coin competitions

Making activities and keepsakes throughout the day

Harvest Pie Social, auctions and Town Square gatherings

Fireside evenings, music and dancing

An easy four-wall line dance lesson

Speakers and sound equipment for Town Square

Screen and projector for company memories, awards, videos or presentations

Flexible Town Square seating and gathering spaces

The ordinary comforts and weather planning that travel with Crimson Ridge

As Relaxed or Competitive as You Like

Some teams want to eat, wander, play a few games and spend the evening around the fire.

Some should immediately be separated into teams and encouraged to distrust one another.

Crimson Ridge’s everyday games and challenges continue throughout the gathering, while larger coordinated experiences can be worked into the day when you want something bigger.

Those can include:

Claim to Crimson Ridge

Turn the town itself into the game board as teams acquire, trade and occasionally steal claims to Crimson Ridge.

Eli’s Foreman Challenge

One person gets the instructions. Everybody else gets the pieces. Communication rapidly becomes optional.

The Town List

A company-specific hunt built from photographs, challenges, people and moments around town.

A Matter of Town Honour

Bring four familiar rivals into Crimson Ridge for an additional stretch of competition, interference and extremely unnecessary confidence.

These are only the larger coordinated games. Bounty Hunter, seasonal competitions, parlour games, town-coin challenges and smaller activities are already part of everyday Crimson Ridge.

Make It Yours

Company names, logos, team names, milestones and inside jokes can find their way into the gathering where they belong naturally.

You can also explore custom company pieces including Velvet Boot mugs, proprietor signage, branding irons, personalized Town Archives gifts and other Special Arrangements in the Company Planning Preview.

Bring your own photographers, vendors, music or other professionals too.

We are happy to work alongside the people you already use.

Comfort in Crimson Ridge

A good gathering only works if people can actually enjoy being there.

Crimson Ridge is designed with different ages, mobility needs and changing Ontario weather in mind.

Depending on the season and conditions, town comfort can include:

Accessible entrances into the town buildings

A mixture of chairs, benches, rockers and more supportive seating throughout town

Seat warmers available for guests who need a little extra warmth

Blankets and seasonal comfort items around the Town Fire

Hats, mittens and other cold-weather pieces available when the temperature drops

Proper heating in spaces where it is required and safe to provide

Canvas lounge spaces for shade, quieter seating or rest

Clear, lantern-lit weather covers for Town Square when rain or snow changes the plan

Coat and bag storage

Plenty of places to sit without having to leave the experience

If someone in your group has a mobility, accessibility, sensory, medical or comfort consideration, tell us while we are planning.

We would much rather know beforehand and build the day around them than discover after the gates open that somebody’s grandmother has spent twenty minutes trying to pretend she isn’t freezing because she doesn’t want to complain.

Crimson Ridge is meant to be explored by the people you actually invited.

Down the Road

The Crimson Ridge Stampede — In Development

There are days when Crimson Ridge is considerably louder.

The Crimson Ridge Stampede is being developed as a larger premium Crimson Ridge gathering built around horses, frontier competition, rival-town trouble and an entire town choosing sides.

We are developing the experience now while speaking with qualified professional equestrian partners about the horse, wagon and competition elements required to bring it to life properly.

The Stampede will receive its own dates, experience details and pricing once those arrangements are firmly established.

Not currently available to book — but very much on its way.
