Weddings & Anniversaries
For the stories that deserve a place of their own.
Crimson Ridge can become yours for more than a ceremony or reception. For the day, the town becomes part of the celebration — from quiet moments beneath Stargazer to drinks in the Saloon, photographs tucked into unexpected corners, supper around Town Square and traditions that unfold naturally as your guests explore.
Begin with the complete Crimson Ridge experience, then shape the day around the two of you.
Your Town. Your Celebration.
Every wedding begins with the complete Crimson Ridge experience — the town, its people, Pioneer Pass experience, Harvest Festival, activities, Mercantile, bakery, sodas and everyday town life.
For weddings and anniversaries, the celebration is woven through that existing world rather than replacing it.
A Wedding Day Can Include
♡ Stargazer Ceremony — an intimate woodland ceremony beneath the old Stargazer pavilion.
♡ Town Square Reception — long-table supper, music, speeches and gathering beneath the lanterns.
♡ The Saloon — drinks, quieter conversation, photographs and somewhere to disappear for five minutes when Aunt Linda starts asking when you're having children.
♡ Wedding Town Traditions — Crimson Ridge traditions adapted naturally around the couple and their guests rather than generic wedding games.
♡ The Pioneer Feast — build the day's meals around the celebration, from daytime fare through supper and late-night food.
♡ After Dark — lanterns, fires, music and the completely different town that appears once daylight leaves.
♡ Overnight — for celebrations that aren't supposed to end when the reception does.
Choose How the Day Feels
How Much Should We Handle?
Fully Structured
Give us the plan and let Crimson Ridge carry the day — gatherings, activities, traditions and transitions coordinated around your wedding timeline.
Semi-Structured
We'll build the town experience around the moments you've already planned and work together on everything in between.
Fully Customizable
Use the pieces of Crimson Ridge you love alongside your own traditions, activities and plans.
How Much Trouble Do You Want?
Easygoing
Explore, eat, visit, play and enjoy town at your own pace.
A Little Competitive
Add challenges, games and friendly competition throughout the day.
Town Wars
Teams, strategy, theft, jail, rivalries and whatever other poor decisions your guests make once winning becomes important.
Wedding Traditions
♡ Stargazer Ceremony — vows beneath Crimson Ridge's woodland pavilion.
♡ Wedding Proclamation — a frontier-style record of the marriage signed by guests and kept by the couple.
♡ Stargazer Glass Pairing — one piece stays inside Stargazer; its matching piece goes home with the couple.
♡ Stargazer Star Map — the night sky above Crimson Ridge at the moment the couple said I do.
♡ Town Bell Announcement — the marriage is officially announced to Crimson Ridge.
♡ Newlywed Portrait — a town portrait marking the newest married couple to pass through the Ridge.
♡ First Dance in Town Square — beneath lanterns, surrounded by the town and the people who came with you.
♡ The Last Walk Through Town — one final walk together through Crimson Ridge before the celebration ends.
♡ Wedding Pie Auction — guests pool their remaining Pioneer Coins by table and bid for dessert with wooden auction paddles. The couple can take over as auctioneers if they'd like.
♡ The Town List — guests hunt for photographs and ridiculous moments around town, creating a candid collection of the celebration as they go.
A Different Kind of Guestbook
Choose the one that feels most like you.
Letters from the Post Office
Guests write advice, stories and well wishes, then choose meaningful herbs or flowers from Josephine's Potting Shed to press with their letters. The finished pages become a keepsake book.
The Wedding Quilt
Guests write messages on fabric squares throughout the day. The couple secretly writes one to each other too. Afterward, the pieces are sewn into a finished keepsake quilt and shipped home.
Best Dressed
Each guest has an instant photograph taken, adds it to the couple's album and signs beside their picture — leaving behind a book filled with everyone who was actually there.
A Little Time Alone
The Wedding Lounge
After the ceremony, the couple can disappear into their private canvas lounge tent for approximately twenty minutes — with drinks, something to eat and nobody requiring anything from them.
Later, the Lounge can become a quieter way to visit too.
Rather than spending the reception trying to find everybody, small groups of five or six guests can be invited into the Lounge at a time by Mae, Boone or another townsperson.
Sit. Have a drink. Actually talk.
Then Crimson Ridge sends in the next group.
If You're Staying the Night
The Morning After
Before the town wakes, the couple receives a morning picnic basket for two and a quiet place of their own.
Where the property allows, breakfast can be set beside the water. Otherwise, the clear garden tent becomes a private morning picnic space.
Outside, photographs and little moments Crimson Ridge captured during the celebration can play on the screen — giving the couple a chance to see some of what happened while they were busy somewhere else.
One quiet morning together before everyone wakes up.
Special Arrangements
These aren't required to make Crimson Ridge a wedding. They're simply additional ways to make the town belong a little more to yours.
Personalized Velvet Boot Sign
Mae's swinging Saloon sign personalized for the couple.
Wedding Party & Parent Gift Kits
Curated Crimson Ridge keepsakes prepared for the people closest to the couple.
Town Archives for Your Guests
Instead of traditional favours, give guests access to a special Town Archives collection where each person chooses their own keepsake.
Wedding Quilt
Have the guest-written fabric pieces professionally assembled and shipped home as a finished quilt.
Double the General Store
Increase Harper's bakery, candy and Mercantile stock for larger gatherings or groups who would like more choice.
Eli's Couple's Brand Board
A finished keepsake piece branded at The Forge, with messages from the couple burned into the wood and preserved afterward.
Custom Branding Iron
Create a wedding mark, initials or design that can appear on selected keepsakes throughout the gathering.
Horse-Drawn Arrival — COMING SOON
A horse-drawn arrival, Stargazer journey or newlywed ride is planned as part of our developing horse partnership.
Price: Coming Soon
Additional partner experiences, including rides and other larger additions, will be priced as those partnerships are finalized.
Still You
Anniversaries don't need to pretend they're weddings all over again.
Still You celebrates everything that happened after the first one.
Original wedding photographs are displayed outside Stargazer before the couple steps inside together again, creating a new portrait — the same two people, another chapter later.
Vows can be renewed, Stargazer glass added and the rest of Crimson Ridge shaped around the people and years that brought them back.
A Few Things We Keep Secret
Not everything Crimson Ridge does for a wedding appears on a planning checklist.
Some pieces are simply ours to take care of.
Hosts may find little thank-yous waiting after the celebration. A Gazette may arrive later. And where permissions allow, pieces of the day may find their way into a small surprise from town afterward.
We'd rather let those things remain surprises.
Comfort in Crimson Ridge
A good gathering only works if people can actually enjoy being there.
Crimson Ridge is designed with different ages, mobility needs and changing Ontario weather in mind.
Depending on the season and conditions, town comfort can include:
Accessible entrances into the town buildings
A mixture of chairs, benches, rockers and more supportive seating throughout town
Seat warmers available for guests who need a little extra warmth
Blankets and seasonal comfort items around the Town Fire
Hats, mittens and other cold-weather pieces available when the temperature drops
Proper heating in spaces where it is required and safe to provide
Canvas lounge spaces for shade, quieter seating or rest
Clear, lantern-lit weather covers for Town Square when rain or snow changes the plan
Coat and bag storage
Plenty of places to sit without having to leave the experience
If someone in your group has a mobility, accessibility, sensory, medical or comfort consideration, tell us while we are planning.
We would much rather know beforehand and build the day around them than discover after the gates open that somebody’s grandmother has spent twenty minutes trying to pretend she isn’t freezing because she doesn’t want to complain.
Crimson Ridge is meant to be explored by the people you actually invited.
Once you've chosen the kind of wedding you want, the rest works the same way as every Crimson Ridge gathering:
Choose your date → time in town → guest count → Pioneer Passes → Pioneer Feast → Special Arrangements → projected total.
Down the Road
The Crimson Ridge Stampede — In Development
There are days when Crimson Ridge is considerably louder.
The Crimson Ridge Stampede is being developed as a larger premium Crimson Ridge gathering built around horses, frontier competition, rival-town trouble and an entire town choosing sides.
We are developing the experience now while speaking with qualified professional equestrian partners about the horse, wagon and competition elements required to bring it to life properly.
The Stampede will receive its own dates, experience details and pricing once those arrangements are firmly established.
Not currently available to book — but very much on its way.
